you are paying for digital goods – no physical item will be shipped. chargebacks for non-delivery are not valid, as nothing physical is being sent.

refunds will only be issued based on how much work has been completed. the amount refunded will vary accordingly. no refunds once piece is completed.

split payments are possible, but a minimum of 50% must be paid for your piece to progress beyond the lineart stage. otherwise, i prefer full payment after the sketch has been approved.

this is not my full-time job, so commissions may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on complexity and my schedule. by ordering, you’re agreeing to this timeline. please let me know up front if you have a deadline – i’ll try my best to accommodate, but rush fees may apply for tight turnarounds (2 weeks or less).

payment methods: ko-fi or paypal invoice (links will be sent directly).

all prices are in USD.

will draw OC/fanart (personal use only)

will draw small animals, props, weapons, stylized armor, anthro, mlp, sonic

will draw light gory subjects

will draw slight nsfw

WILL NOT draw realism, extreme nsfw, realistic gore, realistic armor, elderly, or pet portraits.

WILL NOT draw political topics or people

i’ll provide updates at each major stage: sketch, lineart, flats, shading, final. if you’d rather be surprised, just let me know!

revisions are welcome during the sketch and lineart stages. late-stage changes may affect the final quality or may not be possible. i allow a maximum of 3 large changes within the sketch and lineart stages.

no refunds once the piece is complete.

i retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to share it in my portfolio, on social media, or as commission examples.

commissioned pieces are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon. this means:

you can use it as a profile picture, wallpaper, print for yourself, etc.

you cannot use it for commercial purposes (e.g., merch, promotional material, monetized content) unless we've discussed and agreed on a commercial license.

commercial use can be discussed for an additional fee. this includes things like:

vtuber model art or assets

merchandise (stickers, prints, keychains, etc.)

use in monetized streams/videos

branding or promotional materials

you may not claim the art as your own, edit it without permission, or use it with AI tools or NFTs.
